   Meeting Ollie has been an absolute godsend. Before we bought our house, we had a survey done by a different company, that we later realised had missed many issues, and renovation was going to end up costing far more than we had originally believed. We contacted Ollie and asked his opinion on that initial survey (which he read in his own free time over a weekend). He inspected the house thoroughly (far more thoroughly than any other surveyor, builder, roofer or tradesman had), and gave us really sensible, practical and realistic advice on how we should proceed. When quoting on renovation work for us, Ollie had great ideas on how to achieve the best results, whilst also being mindful of trying to save us money where possible, which we really appreciated. Our house is a period (listed) property, and Ollie clearly understands the quirks and needs of these old buildings. He guided us on how to improve air flow and moisture management (damp), which was really important to us. On top of being really knowledgeable and professional, Ollie is a kind, compassionate and honest person, and it's been a real pleasure meeting and working with him. It felt like he cared about our project as much as we did, and that feels quite rare.

   We were looking to renovate and rejuvenate our recently purchased bungalow and needed a skilled builder who would deliver our hopeful vision. Ollie and his band of very skilled artisans certainly did just that. Chimney breast down, new kitchen fitted, walls built or moved, new bathrooms created, floors renewed, all pipework renewed, electrics sorted, new gas boiler, tank and controls moved to loft area together with a complete new roof and slate tiles! Ollie believes in and delivers quality workmanship, as does his team. Nothing phases them, they just get it done. Ollie communicates exactly what is going to happen and understands your needs throughout a project. Pricing is very competitive and stuck to from the outset. Ollie provides a very detailed list of works and costings prior to commencement of work so you know where you stand at all times. I would highly recommend Ollie and will certainly come back to him on any future work.

   Ollie and his team worked on the renovation of my Georgian flat in Bath. On a job like this there were lots of things that couldn't be anticipated but on each occasion he came up with ideas to get past the problems. Odd floor levels, walls out of true, 2ft thick external walls to run services through. All done and sorted. On time, on budget. Just a pleasure to work with. Work done August 2025

   Ollie recently renovated my property, including taking out a load bearing wall, a chimney breast and planning and fitting a new kitchen. His communication skills were excellent, keeping me updated through regular videos, which was incredibly valuable since the renovation was happening at a distance.
