Email sent to Frayne Lofts after project completion: ???Dear Olly, We wanted to write to thank you for the extension project you have just completed for us. As with any building work, you put a lot of trust in the people who are making your vision a reality, who are in your house almost every day and to whom you are paying a significant amount of money! On all of these counts, we couldn???t be happier. We have been highly impressed with the quality of your work throughout the project, particularly your attention to detail and high standards when it comes to the aesthetic as well as the structural. You have been entirely trustworthy with access to, and care for, our property, and we have felt completely comfortable having you around amidst family life. In addition to the above, you have been incredibly reliable with your communication, from when we made contact initially to the final finishing details. This has made a complex project, and one that means so much to us, straightforward to navigate. You have always come back to us quickly and constructively, showing understanding and patience. We have appreciated this enormously. We may, one day, want to do our loft conversion; we will be sure to speak to you if we do.???

We were extremely happy with the work carried out by Frayne Lofts on our house. From the first time we met Olly to discuss the loft extension we felt we were in safe hands. His friendly, professional and detailed-oriented approach meant we were very confident he would do a good job???and we weren???t wrong! Throughout the project we were able to approach Olly with any questions and we had complete confidence that any problems that arose during the building work would be resolved. Furthermore, the whole process was made much easier by having Olly as the one point of contact for any questions or issues. We couldn???t be happier with the quality and look of our new loft and would highly recommend Frayne Lofts for any building work.

Our loft conversion transformed our musty and cramped loft storage into an amazing bedroom and en-suite. Frayne Lofts did such an incredible job from start to finish. We knew Olly and team from previous work they had done for us (adding Velux windows in the kitchen) and knew they would be perfect for this project. What impresses me most about the whole experience is the utter professionalism and quality of workmanship. Frayne Lofts went above and beyond to make sure they delivered exactly what we wanted. The quality of the work is just superb. Olly communicated well throughout the project and made some really great suggestions throughout the project which have really helped make our new bedroom such an enjoyable place to be. I cannot recommend this company enough.

Frayne Lofts absolutely transformed our house into an amazing place to live. Olly is an incredibly helpful, skilled and friendly Lead Builder. His work revolutionised our property, his attention to detail and careful workmanship is so impressive, as was his communication throughout the project. He was a complete pleasure to work with, even when we hit problems (such as a mains sewer being much closer to the house than Wessex Water plans had shown) Olly solved the problem with a cool head and very clever engineering solutions. The pricing for the project was also good value and costs well communicated throughout.

We are so pleased with the work that Olly at Frayne lofts did to our house. He is a professional workman with a high standard, great attention to detail and at the same time a nice guy who is considerate whilst working in your home. It has to be said that he is the tidiest builder we???ve ever seen! We had Olly working on our house for five months and he was always helpful, full of good advice, clear with his prices and did a great job. He also has a good eye for decor, which we found so helpful when finishing the rooms in our home. We think that the company could expand as Olly not only did our loft conversion, but also our Bathroom and Porch as well as a number of other bits and bobs - no job was too big or too small! We were so impressed that we have asked him to quote for a kitchen extension as well. Olly has the ability to bring in a team of specialists and finishes work to a great standard. I???d highly recommend him to anyone. We were so impressed that we have ask
