JAG Rebuild Repair Chimneys & Fireplaces Center Inc exceeded my expectations with their professional service. Austin explained the chimney inspection cost before starting and completed a thorough fireplace inspection and cleaning. He recommended preventive chimney repair and carefully inspected for moisture and mold contamination. His honest communication and attention to detail made the entire process stress free. The service was completed efficiently and at a reasonable price. I will definitely use JAG Rebuild Repair Chimneys & Fireplaces Center Inc again.

I cannot speak highly enough of JAG - John & his son Mark who run the company are amazing, conscientious and genuine. All of their workers are easy company and just do it right (small things - like politeness, clearing up at the end of the day etc). We would absolutely recommend JAG to anyone looking for a quality, local and RELIABLE building company! We instructed JAG in 2018 to undertake a considerable job for us - a big extension and lots of ground work. This was an anxiety inducing project for us to consider - you hear stories of nightmare builders etc, so we were concerned! JAG were recommended to us independently by a couple of people and although we spoke to a few firms, we instructed JAG. They were not the cheapest quote nor the most expensive; but easily the most comprehensive initial conversations and Mark just gave us a feeling of trustworthiness. Our initial hopes were met throughout by them. The reason for my review now - in 2025, some 7 years after the work was completed is that JAG have again proven themselves to be honest and caring. We had an unrelated insurance claim at home due to a leak. The insurers contractors found a small issue relating to some work done in the extension build. This prevented repair by the insurers until it was sorted. I contacted JAG to ask them to help - kind of expecting it to be difficult given the time lapse??? But Mark phoned me the same day, came out the following day and has already completely resolved and remedied the issue for us - no quibble, no fuss and no cost. This after 7 years. They have just proven themselves to be a firm you can trust with your spend and your home! A really good, reliable service and excellent quality. What???s more is that they???re honest and really nice and friendly people. Ian - Bath
