Dave and his team transformed our tired, outdated kitchen diner into the kitchen of our dreams. What was once a shabby, impractical space is now a beautiful, functional kitchen that perfectly meets our family???s needs. They removed the chimney breast to create much needed extra space, and although we encountered a few unexpected issues due to the age of the property, Dave and his team dealt with every challenge professionally and efficiently. Nothing was ever too much trouble. They worked incredibly hard, putting in long days to ensure everything was completed to a high standard. We couldn???t be happier with the end result and would highly recommend Dave to anyone considering building work. ???????????????

Dave and his team have done an absolutely brilliant job with our dormer loft conversion. We wanted to get 2 bedrooms and a shower room up there and Dave delivered this to an exceptionally high standard, all in around 5 weeks. We have been so impressed with how hard the team works and how much attention to detail is put into the work. The lads leave the house very neat and tidy every evening and explain what???s going on every step of the way. The other tradespeople Dave brought in at various times, such as Plumber and Electrician were all excellent as well. Dave is super organised and really easy to communicate with. There???s been no surprise or unexpected charges, and we felt totally at ease handing over a set of keys and letting them crack on whilst we???re out at work. I would 100% recommend Dave, and will be using his services again in the future.

We recently completed a full home renovation with Prestige Carpentry and Building, and I genuinely cannot recommend them highly enough. Dave and his team carried out a loft conversion, garage conversion, kitchen conversion, and a full interior upgrade, all delivered seamlessly as one project over the course of four months. From the very beginning, Dave was exceptionally patient, professional, and meticulous. He took the time to truly understand what my partner and I wanted to achieve and worked with us every step of the way to bring our vision to life. Nothing ever felt rushed, and no detail was too small ??? Dave???s diligence and care really set him apart. The standard of workmanship throughout the project has been outstanding. Every person involved was reliable, respectful, and clearly took pride in their work. Despite the scale of the renovation, the project was well-managed, well-communicated, and finished to an incredibly high standard. What impressed us most was how Dave helped turn what most would consider to be the most stressful process someone could go through, into a genuinely positive experience. Thanks to his calm approach, transparency, and problem-solving mindset, we now have the family home we always dreamed of. If you???re considering any kind of renovation or conversion work, Prestige Carpentry and Building are an absolute first-class choice. We wouldn???t hesitate to use them again and recommend them without reservation.

From the moment Dave walked through our door in Summer 2024 for our ???no obligation???quote, we knew he was the right person for our project. We hit it off instantly, and he totally ???got??? us and our project. Dave is not just a builder, he is a phenomenally skilled project manager with an incredibly creative mind, who really does think outside the box and solves problems on the spot. Our loft extension was a little bit out of the ordinary, and where other builders had turned away from the challenge, Dave rose to it. Dave and his team were a pleasure to work with, always on time, pleasant and polite and were exceptionally respectful to our pets, our neighbours and our property. Our on site daily project meetings were honest, informative and collaborative, it was a genuine delight to work with someone of the same creative ilk. The standard of workmanship was second to none and our loft extension is a glorious testament to that. Six months after completion we are still getting awestruck compliments from complete strangers! Thank you Dave and the team. We will be seeing you again!

Dave and his amazing team, transformed our garage into two separate spaces; an office and a snug/ play room. We cannot rate Dave and his team high enough- they work exceptionally hard and their attention to detail is outstanding. They clean up after themselves each day and leave everywhere spotless. I would highly recommend Dave and Prestidge to anyone, as we really cannot rave enough about the service and quality of workmanship. Their attention to detail and professionalism is second to none and I wouldn???t hesitate to use them again, for any future works. Thanks Dave and team, for an amazing transformation.
