Excellent service. Sunnie came to provide a quotation and was extremely knowledgeable. He took the time to explain everything in detail, answered all of our questions, and made the whole process easy to understand. He was very professional, honest, and approachable, which gave us a lot of confidence. From the first meeting, we felt we were in good hands. I would highly recommend this company to anyone looking for reliable and professional service.

Sunnie from JMA Group visited us and explained the entire extension process in great detail. He provided different options along with estimated costs on the same day. He appeared very professional throughout. He also mentioned that they build new houses and offer an NHBC warranty. This was our first meeting with them, and if we agree on the pricing, we look forward to working with them

Had a very good initial meeting with JMA Group represented by Sunnie. Sunnie first briefed us thoroughly about their company - what they do and how they operate as regards their projects. Then we had a very positive discussion about our own planned project , a single storey extension with internal alterations. He made very interesting recommendations, which we are now considering to adapt. We are still in the negotiating process, but we hope to come up with a mutually beneficial agreement to get this project going. Very happy so far with the way they deal with us - very professional. Thank you Sunnie!

I could not be happier with how my single storey extension has been managed by this team. The communication has been impeccable right from the start. I have always known who to go to when I have questions and they have always responded very quickly. Things have all gone very smoothly. After the holes for new doors were made, I felt very vulnerable and scared, concerned someone could get in my home. The builders did put plyboard over the gaps, but I was still worried and couldn't sleep. The doors were estimated to take 3-4 weeks to be made and delivered which felt too long for me to cope with. After speaking to Mandy, so worked a miracle and got them to come much quicker and I'm so thankful. We're now coming to the end of the project and I can't wait for it to finish. I would highly recommend this team to anyone considering a home improvement, big or small.
