I have used B1 Property Group for converting our garage to an additional room for more space. Overall, we are happy, finish was done to a high standard and we was left with a clean and tidy room. Aman and his team are very knowledgeable and always happy to help, would recommend these guys to anyone who is looking for some work done on their house.

I recently had work done on my house for a side extension as I needed extra storage space. I???d like to highly recommend B1 Property Group as from start to finish the team was professional, on time and extremely knowledgeable. They kept me updated at every step and delivered high quality work within the timeline and budget we agreed upon.

This is the first time I've used B1 Property Group and was extremely impressed. We need the old light in the kitchen replacing with some new spotlights. Rob the electrician was very professional, knowledgeable and friendly. He did an excellent job of installing a new spotlight in our kitchen ceiling. Will use again. Highly recommended.

After contacting local builders/companies we found b1 property group in the ads on google and decided to contact the guys and someone from the office booked an appointment to meet us and discuss what we wanted and what was possible. We received a quote few days after the visit and decided to take the plunge and go ahead with the work. We had a side extension along with a porch built by b1 property group as we needed extra room for the family but wasn???t in the position to move to another home, we are happy with the result and finish. They worked with our architects and overall did a great job. Communication was fantastic too. Totally recommend these guys!

Thanks to B1 Property Group, I had 5 radiators replaced for a house revamp. The pipe work and plumbing were completed to a high standard, with excellent communication throughout. The office kept me informed on the job's duration, and the quote was promptly sent. I highly recommend their services.
