But the one that I felt comfortable with was Dave from d4 building straight away he made us feel at ease .what a fantastic man and his team everyday they never let us down we had a group chat set up and everyday Dave or is team would text to say the next steps .I thought having the extension would stress me out but it never did because Dave and the guys worked so hard to get it right for us . I had a vision in my head what I thought the extension would end up like but I can tell you now it was better than my vision .can't thank Dave and the guys enough for doing my extension if anyone needs a builder don't hesitate ring d4 they are the best

I recently hired D4 Building & Electrical Services Ltd to replace an old decking area with a porcelain-paved patio, and I was extremely impressed with the quality of service from start to finish. Communication was excellent throughout the project. Both Dave, the business owner, and Dan, the landscape gardener, were approachable, responsive, and kept me well informed at every stage, giving me complete confidence in the work being carried out. Dan and his team were punctual, professional, respectful, and maintained a clean and tidy work area throughout, despite having to work in challenging conditions due to the high temperatures. The project was completed a day ahead of schedule, and the finished patio has exceeded my expectations. The workmanship and attention to detail are outstanding. I would have no hesitation in recommending D4 Building & Electrical Services Ltd to anyone looking for reliable, professional, and well-managed building and landscaping services.

I recently used D4 Building & Electrical Services for the removal of 2 chimneys that I needed taking down on my roof. I had received 4 other quotes from other companies and although D4 wasnt the cheapest quote, I was drawn in by the genuine and friendly nature of Dave and his transparency, knowledge of the job and honest advice. I have had very bad experiences in the past with dodgy tradesmen so I was very cautious when looking for a company to do this job for me. Dave and his team more than lived up to their promise and workmanship and I'm so so glad that I found them. The communication, punctuality and workmanship was brilliant from start to finish and I will be using them again for future jobs that I need. I highly recommend this company if you want genuine and honest advice on your job and a high standard of work carried out on your property that is worth every penny. Thank you so much to Dave and his team for your hard work and restoring my faith in tradesmen ????????

Worked with D4 to create an opening between our living room and kitchen. We live in an old house and were keen to maintain the character and David and co did just that. They listened to what I wanted such as preserving the picture rail, and they organised all trades end to end. It was a complex job with new plumbing for new radiators in different places, moving electrics, two different floors to join, a steel etc. all was handled and we are very pleased with the result.

I recently used D4 Building & Electrical Services Ltd to partially knock down and rebuild a Victorian outhouse, converting it into a modern shower room with a toilet and washhand basin, and I was very impressed with the overall experience. Communication throughout the project was excellent, particularly with the business owner, David, who was always approachable and responsive. Regular site inspections were carried out by both David and his second-in-command Astrit, which gave me confidence that the work was being closely monitored and maintained to a high standard. Any concerns or queries I had during the build were dealt with promptly and professionally, ensuring the project progressed smoothly. The workmen were consistently punctual, respectful, and kept the site tidy, which made a big difference throughout the process. I also appreciated the design advice provided, which helped shape the final result into a practical and well-finished shower room. Overall, I would highly recommend D4 Building & Electrical Services Ltd to anyone looking for reliable, professional, and well-managed building services.
