LB Builders completely transformed our home with a stunning double-storey extension. From the very beginning, the whole experience felt professional and well managed. Every stage was clearly communicated and the team were respectful, organised, and focused on quality. The finish is beautiful and the new space feels like it was always part of the house. The project was delivered smoothly with no stress, and the results have exceeded what we imagined. We used LB Builders for a rear extension and full house refurbishment, and the results were excellent. The work was carried out to a very high standard, with great attention to detail throughout. Lani and his team were reliable, organised, and easy to deal with. Communication was clear, the work progressed as planned, and the finish across the extension and the rest of the house is spot on. Very happy with the outcome and would confidently recommend LB Builders to anyone looking for a professional and trustworthy builder.

I recently had LB Builders complete a rear and side double extension along with a full roof replacement, and I honestly couldn’t be happier with the whole experience. From the first visit right through to the final handover, the level of professionalism and care stood out immediately. Lani was reliable, respectful and extremely knowledgeable, taking the time to go through every stage of the build with me so I always knew what was happening and why. His communication was excellent — clear updates, honest timeframes, and no hidden surprises. Any questions I had were answered straight away, and he made the entire process feel organised and stress-free. The quality of work from LB Builders is outstanding Even the building inspector was impressed and said he never seen a tidier job in his career. The brickwork, structural work, insulation, roofing and all the internal details have been completed to a really high standard. The new extensions blend perfectly with the existing house, and the full roof replacement has completely transformed the look of the property. You can tell the team take pride in what they do. Another thing that really impressed me was how clean and tidy the site was kept every single day. Lani runs a tight, professional team, and it shows in the way they work and the final result delivered. I would highly recommend LB Builders. Five stars without hesitation.
