Excellent work, Jake was highly knowledgeable about the lock on my UPVC patio door. He fixed it quickly, had the parts available and secured the house again. Very professional and courteous - highly recommended.

I met Jake at one of my business networking events, and his knowledge really impressed me. When I encountered a challenge with changing my door handles during some home improvements. Jake recommended that a laser tip screwdriver may do the job. I ordered them and just removed all the door handles. Fantastic advice that was greatly appreciated.

Jake helped us out massively when our back door broke unexpectedly just before the weekend. He came out to us straight away and kept us fully informed about the repair that was needed and how much it would cost. He had the issue all sorted within 2 hours of my original call and was very courteous and respectful. Extremely impressive service!

Jake was amazing. He came to the property within 10 minutes following an SOS call. In challenging (and potentially dangerous circumstances), he helped me to safeguard and secure the property, advising me at all times what he was doing and why. He was courteous, professional, and upfront about possible costs. I cannot recommend him highly enough. I would genuinely give him more stars because he went above and beyond the standard service I would expect from a locksmith service.

I called J & J at 7.45am as I sat staring at the back door that was locked tight, due to a broken key stuck in the lock. From the moment Jake answered I knew there was a solution. He arrived within two hours, which given today is bank holiday weekend, is nothing short of a miracle. Jake is a rare breed. Professional, cares about his work, clientele and pricing. He is fully transparent on cost and what he is doing. The door is sorted and operating better than ever. It is an overused term, but frankly, I cannot recommend J&J enough.
