I would highly recommend Save Me Locksmith to anyone. Andy is highly professional, polite, works incredibly hard and explains his work very clearly and is honest. We called Andy and he came to us immediately and kept us up to date about his progress and when he would be with us. Andy was very clear there was no call out or cancellation charge either when we initially spoke on the phone. The work Andy did was to a very high quality, done quickly but properly and professionally. He showed me the work he had done, and was able to explain what had happened to our lock and key in a very easy to understand way.

This guy is a star. Came within 45 minutes with NO call out charge. Assessed the problem very quickly, reassured me nothing wrong with the lock just needed realigning and did the job. He checked everything was working fine and then asked me to test and confirm I was happy before he left Very reasonable charge and I would highly recommend him. A very pleasant honest tradesman

I felt confident after reading other reviews that Andy would not disappoint. And true to the reviews, he was absolutely amazing. He responded in a timely manner, booked the appointment in advance and even sent a reminder message on the day of the appointment. When he attended, he explained the different options and carried out the job in a professional and efficient manner. Thank you Andy.

Andrei replied immediately to my enquiry for a replacement lock due to a recent security issue. A same day request was no problem for Andrei who arrived promptly. He was informative, quick and efficient and very knowledgeable about door safety which as a security fanatic was very useful to know! I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Andrei to all! Fast, efficient, friendly and well priced. Thank you!

I called in the morning and booked a time for visit as it wasn't urgent and he called before to say he was on his way. He showed me at every step what was happening, why it needed replacing and what my options were. In less than an hour the parts were fitted and he even helped me with some door adjustments. Quick clean up and it was done! Very good communication and very helpful. Thank you so much for your service and would definitely recommend.
