As it wasn't an emergency I booked the locksmith to come round and look at a lock on my French doors which was being temperamental. Arrived within the time specified and was able to diagnose the problem in minutes. Carried the replacement part and the issue was resolved in 10 minutes. Very competitively priced. More than happy with the service, would definitely use again if required and have no hesitation in recommending.

I had an issue with my door lock today. I called in and Paul attended within the hour. He was extremely professional and knowledgeable. He resolved the issue. Great Service.

A hero!!! Came out at 11:30pm to help my 8 year old son locked in his bedroom. Opened the door, replaced and fixed the latch etc and even advised how to repair the damage (caused by me) Other companies on Google with sponsored ads claimed they would arrive in 30 minutes and after 3 hours of waiting and calling they still didnt show up. Thank you so much for your help!

Called just before 0900 as front door wouldn't lock, they arrived around 1230. Diagnosed and resolved the issue within about 20minutes! Fantastic and efficient service, will definitely use again if need arises

Locked out of my Mums house just outside Yeovil, quick google for nearest lock smith. Paul answered at 0830 am, was super responsive, and arrived by 0850. We were inside our home by 0910. Paul went to honour another booking & was back at 1130 with a replacement lock that was fitted superbly fast. Fantastic service, skills, and straight to the point. Would highly recommend using Pau, an local independent locksmith that will get you out of a pickle quickly in an emergency. Top service and very reasonable pricing !
