Fast, prompt and friendly service and the shoe was very kindly fixed for free. Thank you!

Absolutely fantastic fast service! Friendliness and service quality that seeks it's own. Steve from the Timpson store in Bournemouth near Old Christchurch Road is the impersonification of efficiency, politeness and has a natural happy attitude. The company can be happy to have him! Thank you Steve, thank you Timpson! You made life a little bit easier today. ???? Best regards, John from Poole

I've gotten keys cut here a few times. Just left about half an hour ago with a SPANGLY new set of keys thanks to the helpful worker there. Extremely quick and easy service, will definitely recommend to whoever I can.

Popped in today to get something done as a gift. Didn???t like the condescending tone, ???you mean engrave??? when i asked the man if he could inscribe a pen for me. Service is everything in this day and age. I must say he did a good job and a fast turnaround. (20 mins) Won???t allow me to give 3.5 stars.

Walked in and asked if they could grease the wheels on my pushchair as they were squealing loudly. Offered straight away and did a thorough job. Didn't get his name but was on Tuesday 5th Aug. Thanks fella
