   I???ve used Paul???s service twice. He came promptly when my door wouldn???t lock, and repaired it. Unfortunately, due to a recent injury I found it a bit difficult to lock (although he managed it fairly easily). He was very kind and agreed he should replace the whole mechanism for me, which he did the next day. A very fair price, professional, friendly, and highly recommended.
