Spoke with the owner, Jon. as we had our kitchen door jam closed (so no security risk) and he was able to attend withing 48 hours of contact and fixed the problem effectively and quickly, showing me what the problem was and how he was going to correct it. He was courteous and friendly and I absolutely recommend him for locksmith work.

Excellent and above and beyond service from Jonny and the price excellent would recommend him all day long , trustworthy and professional

I had work done on my UPVC door as the mechanism had broken inside. Jonny from LockFit arrived very quickly and sorted it all out with efficiency and good timing. As a female on my own and being stung badly in the past from cowboy tradesman, and inappropriate behaviour, I felt completely at ease with Jonny. He was pleasant and professional, explained everything in detail, so I felt safe and informed. He delivered a high standard of service and care, with good pricing, and leaving my home with no mess or signs of work being done. I cant recommend his trustworthy services enough, especially if you're looking for an honest, upfront and experienced specialist. Thanks Jonny ????

Fantastic service from Jonny. I can't recommend him highly enough. He kept me updated at all times, arrived when he said he would. Left everything clean and tidy. His customer service was exemplary. Will not hesitate to contact him again if I need to and will not hesitate in recommending him to friends and family. Thank you Jonny.

Jonny was great. He came out to us within a couple of days of first messaging and provided a quote within a day or so. Very professional, did a great job and also a lovely guy - would highly recommend!
