Great experience, would 100% recommend. I called Bloom and Chris came out as arranged. He quoted me a fee and advised where possible he would repair the lock there and then without the need to order spare parts. He did just that, repaired and greased the lock and left it working perfectly. Very friendly guy and I felt totally confident and reassured with the work he did. Thank you.

Chris provided same-day service when the locking mechanism on my window jammed. He had to remove the insulated glazing unit from the sash to access the locking mechanism, and did so efficiently and cleanly. While sourcing a new locking mechanism, he provided an excellent interim solution, and the new mechanism has now been installed. Transparent and upfront about his pricing, Chris only charged me when the job was finished and I was completely happy. Can highly recommend his service!

Family member accidentally got locked out. Right from the get go, Chris was responsive and professional throughout. He was skilled and efficient in identifying and fixing the problem promptly and was careful to tidy up as he went along. He checked everything with us, was satisfactorily working before leaving. 100% recommend Chris all day long. Came out at midnight within 30 mins of contacting him. I had an issue with my patio doors but went above and beyond to fix my front doors too which needed some alignment without any extra additional costs and purely a gesture of good will.
