Great customer service from the moment I booked the appointment over the phone. The technician arrived on time, was very respectful of our home, and replaced four older locks with anti-snap cylinders. He walked me through maintenance tips to keep the locks moving smoothly over time. Will definitely use them again for home security needs!

I accidentally locked my keys inside my car at a shopping center parking lot. I reached out to them, and the technician was super friendly on the phone. He arrived promptly, gave me a quick breakdown of what he was doing, and got me back into my vehicle safely. Finding a trustworthy emergency locksmith can be stressful, but these guys are the real deal. Will definitely keep their number saved!
