Excellent service! I lost my car key while travelling in Wales and most other locksmiths either didn???t respond or couldn???t help for several days. That???s Lock and Roll was the only company that responded quickly. He arrived on time, was very friendly and professional, and solved the problem quickly. Needed a key for car which was unlocked and all keys missing. They were with me within an hour 2 new keys and old one cancelled 30mins later. Would recommend to anyone.

Fantastic service, really friendly, response time was fab too! Remote locking had stopped working on my Dacia, sent a WhatsApp, arranged to come out to try fix the current key but make and programme me a new one. Now have a fully working new flip key, and they reprogrammed my old key to use as a spare. 100% recommend these if you need a key sorting!

I had a really disappointing experience with Let???s Lock and Roll. I called them out for my 2011 Audi A6 which had no key. The locksmith came and successfully programmed the key, but during the process the car lost all response and effectively went dead. Instead of properly addressing the issue, he kept pushing me towards getting an auto electrician and repeatedly pointed the blame at the car itself. I followed that advice, which ended up costing me more money and time with no resolution. After several days of messing about, I had to pay for both an auto electrician and another auto locksmith to get to the bottom of it. In the end, the second locksmith was able to diagnose and fix the issue on the spot. The car had gone into a protection state due to low/unstable voltage and simply needed the correct equipment and procedure to bring it back to life. The main issue here was that a constant, stable power supply was not maintained during programming and start-up, which is absolutely vital on modern vehicles like this. Any knowledgeable auto locksmith should know to keep a constant supply connected ??? doing this kind of work without it is, frankly, bonkers. To be fair, the key itself was coded correctly, but the overall job wasn???t completed properly, and I received no response when I later tried to raise the issue. I wouldn???t use this service again.

I first contacted this company back in 2025 when I lost my key while visiting the circus. Stuart came the same day, providing a new key and fob for my car, which had gotten stuck in a muddy field. He didn???t hesitate to climb fences and trudge through the mud, no complaints at all. In about 30 minutes, I had a brand new key and fob. Fast forward to January 2026, and I had lost our keys in a barn full of hay. It was a Saturday around 5pm, and unfortunately, I hadn???t saved Stuart???s number. I called around to every auto locksmith I could find, but everyone was quoting stupid prices and saying it would take at least two days until they could get there. In a panic, I came across this company again, straight away Stuart replied saying he???d be there within the hour, offering a fair price, especially considering it was a Saturday evening. I can???t thank him enough. Stuart is now the only locksmith I trust for both reliability and price. His number is saved for good!
