Tom came to replace a broken door handle and did an excellent job. He quickly identified that the real issue was the door alignment, which had ultimately caused the handle to snap. He fixed everything with ease, and the door has never worked so smoothly. We were extremely impressed with his professionalism, knowledge, and attention to detail. Thank you, Tom!

I contacted Tom to replace the locks on a property I purchased. I quickly learned that he could also repair the windows in the house that I could not open and appeared that they and not been opened in years! Rusted shut! Tom was transparent with his costings and reasons for the repairs and got approval from me if there was a chance that the cost may increase (it did not increase) Very professional and trustworthy and I would not hesitate to recommend Tom to anyone and I will be using him for his handyman services very soon too. Thanks again Tom for making a difficult and unknown transition for me easier!

Tom came to look at my patio doors that have been unable to properly close and lock for months and caused a draft. Sorted them no problem at all, and they lock easier than they have since I moved in. Made up, brilliant service and great communication before and after the job too. Highly recommended.

Tom answered our request to fix a lock within 2mins of putting out the job. He called round to fix the lock within 1/2hr, replacing the lock on the window. His quote was very reasonable for a pensioner and he did an excellent job. Tom is a very professional, friendly worker who takes great pride in his work. I will definitely use his service again, fantastic work Tom ????????
