I rang Joe at MasterKey Locksmiths when I was locked out of a property I was staying at in Blackburn. Although it was a high security lock I???d been told would have to be drilled, Joe came and saved the day by opening the lock without any damage at all. My keys even worked after! Joe took the time to check the door and even made some adjustments which has had the door working better than before. I???d highly recommend MasterKey Locksmiths for anyone in Blackburn with a problematic lock

I had an issue with my door lock and they came over to help. They checked the problem properly, fixed it without any fuss, and made sure everything was working smoothly before leaving. A reliable and straightforward service overall.

Had an urgent problem with a lock. Rang Joe at Masterkey who advised to try a few things whilst on the phone, he knew instantly that the mechanism had failed. He came over same day as agreed and talked through everything, replaced the faulty mechanism, added new handles and gave a full 12 month guarantee. Great lad, friendly and defo knows his stuff when it comes to locks. Will be recommending and if needed calling back for services in the future. Any lock problems defo call Joe @ Mastekey.. A**** from me.

Brilliant service from Joe, he was with me in 30 minutes as promised and got me out of a right pickle. Opened my door and replaced a faulty lock and I didn't faint at the price either. I would highly recommend.
