Can't recommend highly enough - Steve is excellent. His communication was prompt and regular, he came exactly when he said he would and did a fantastic job of opening our broken door lock - not an easy job. He even managed to get the door to open and close with ease once again (something that hasn't happend for more than a decade). Obviously, I'm hoping we don't break a lock again, but Steve will be the person we call, if we do. I will be recommending Steve to everyone we know.

Excellent service. Very efficient and professional. Would recommend

Friendly and very reasonably priced. Highly recommend :)

Quick, efficient service with a friendly face. the price was reasonable and from phone call to completion of the job took an hour. Card payment was taken, which was very convenient.
