I rang up today on a Saturday with an obscure issue which unfortunately he wouldn???t have been able to help with, but despite knowing that he really helped to give advice and support with the issue without charge, a genuinely good guy!

Mark was Fantastic arrived within the hour 10mins after arriving job sorted Very professional and pleasant Highly recommended Thank you for digging me out of a hole

We first contacted Mark around 2.5 years ago to fit a new lock and were very happy with the service, so didn't hesitate to contact him again when we accidentally broke the front door lock ourselves. He responded to my call on a Saturday and even offered to come out straight away, although the issue wasn't urgent. We agreed a time for Monday afternoon instead and he arrived as promised. The lock was fixed within minutes. He was efficient and very helpful, even offered to return within the next 6 months at a reduced rate if the issue turned out to be elsewhere in the locking system. We were very pleased with the service again and would definitely recommend him.

Easter Monday call out after my daughter locked her keys in car? No drama for this guy. Dropped his Easter eggs and was there within 40 mins. Thank you ????

Called after locking my partners only set of keys in her car, Mark was out within minutes to get her car unlocked to get the keys out, very quick and saved the day, thankyou :)
