Fantastic service from Tom. Called him up and he talked me through what would be involved in repairing our front door in a secure way. Clearly laid out the costs and how long it would take him. He was friendly and clearly knew his trade very well and the door now looks as good as new. Thanks so much.

Tom was a pleasure to deal with; explained everything really well (good communication can never be underestimated)! He came up with a solution - new fittings for an old, cranky sash window; and did the work exactly as advised. Also fixed a stuck back door lock so I can now open both into the garden - heaven! Very reasonably priced. Cannot fault him / his work. Highly recommended

Tom was fantastic at helping to replace our front door lock and handle which had snapped off. He provided friendly, excellent advice and a clear quote ahead of the works which were completed very quickly and professionally. Thank you Tom!

Tom came out because I had an issue with my front door lock. Communication was good, he was very kind and polite. A very nice person. He explained the issue to me and the solution really well too. Price was reasonable too. Very happy with the service. Would recommend.

Tom came out and did some work for us, he was friendly, professional and informative. A few weeks later I called him regarding a separate issue I had and he diagnosed it over the phone and told me how to fix it myself. He gave me plenty of his time and didn't even accept any payment for his time on the call. Highly recommended.
