   I am extremely disappointed with the service at this branch. I was charged ??5 for adding holes to my belt, a service that is free and charge for charity at other Timpson locations. Unfortunately, the holes were punched unevenly and even not in a straight line, service for staff is very rude as well

   Very poor service. I arrived to pick up my shoes as agreed. The operative was on the phone. I waited. Eventually he broke away when he saw I was only picking up. The shoes weren???t ready and he suggested I return in 30 minutes. I did so to find him talking to a friend. The finishing of my shoes had not started. He swore and then started work. 5 minutes later they were done. Stay away, these people do not value customers we interrupt their social life......
