Sam responded that evening and the job, a broken front door handle was resolved 24 hours later. Couldn't thank him enough for the quick turn around and the price was good to. Would highly recommend and use again.

Called and they were round doing the job very quickly. Staff was polite and professional, up front about costs. Completed the job very quickly and gave a few spares. Happy with the work. Really recommend their services!

We recently moved home and needed to replace a few locks. Sam was great! He booked us in, turned up on time and sorted everything out quickly, quietly and professionally. Very helpful and pleasant, would definitely recommend!

We recently used this company to fix our patio door that was getting stuck. Sam was brilliant - he responded within hours of my initial message and arranged to come over the next day. He managed to get the lock replaced and all sorted there and then. He was really friendly too! Super impressed and would highly recommend him. Thanks Sam ????

Sam was very well equipped to get me back into the house today. He tried a number of non-destructive ways to get in, and I appreciated the care and effort. Definitely got me out of a difficult jam and even let me track his location on the way to me. Great service, would definitely recommend.
