If I'm calling you up I'm calling you up because I want you to do some work for me what I don't want to hear from you is excuses. Just so you know I've had the Garage Defender here now for the last 2 months because another organisation also claimed they could do the work and couldn't be bothered. So now I'm going to have to find another organisation that claim they could do the work if they also can be bothered

Beware who you call! We originally contacted another so-called ???locksmith??? who attempted to rip us off by quoting figures literally ten times higher than reality. By contrast, as soon as Bath Lock & Key visited they assessed and fixed the problem swiftly, efficiently and professionally and at the correct price. Thank you very much Bath Lock & Key!

Just a quick review on behalf of family member who needed a 100+ year old lock on an internal door fixing at short notice this week. Professional with real expertise and knowledge - thank you for sourcing replacement quickly and installing so carefully - much appreciated

Been into Bath Lock & Key twice, with problems with my front door and back door. Sam had both of the parts in stock both times and he even went above and beyond to fit them into the mechanism for me, so it was even easier for me to refit when I got back home. Hes amazing with his knowledge and work ethic. I will always be a returning customer to Bath Lock & Key.

I have been trying to get a lock mechanism replaced for six months with no joy from the original company who were useless. In desperation I Contacted Bath Lock and key a month ago to replace the lock mechanism on our balcony doors. Amazingly they have managed to get the right part all fitted and done. Paul has been round our place 4 times now, so happy with his work and diligence in finding the part. I got a quote for replacement doors of ??15,000 + so well happy. Huge thank you to Paul and the team at Bath lock and key for their great service. Philip and Jane
