I recently had Lockforce Locksmith Birmingham upgrade my door lock, and I couldn't be more impressed. The job was extremely complex and required a high level of technical knowledge and experience to execute correctly. Brian handled the entire process with incredible patience and a meticulous attention to detail. It wasn't a straightforward swap, but he stayed focused until the job was done perfectly. If you have a complicated security issue or just want someone who truly knows their craft, I highly recommend Brian and the team!

Superb and excellent service from Brian, who provided a friendly and professional service. Speedy service as he arrived in 15 minutes and helped me gain entry into my property after locking myself out. Checked ID to ensure it was my property. Highly recommend Brian.

Excellent service, came within the time specified. Gave me reassurance and provided a break down of all he was attempting to unlock our door. Was respectful of our property and was able to get the door unlocked in a very short time. I would have no hesitation in recommending Brian & this company.

Excellent, fast and reliable service. Brian took my emergency call after 10pm on a Saturday evening and arrived within 20 minutes. Carried out the necessary work quickly and efficiently, giving additional advice which was very helpful. Highly recommended!

I messaged Brian on WhatsApp with a query about fitting a keysafe to my parents home. He responded very promptly and he came and fitted it the same day. He was efficient, professional and friendly. Definitely would recommend him and his services.
