James was great, arrived at the time he said and carried out his repairs very carefully. He even did a few other repairs while he was there so we had an outstanding service. Thanks again James

Big thanks to Will, who got me in to my locked door and replaced the lock for me, in what felt like no time at all. Will was really polite and friendly and did a fabulous job. Would not hesitate to recommend him or Timpsons to anyone

Will was fantastic, really thorough and attentive to our needs with the locks that needed replacing and gave really helpful advice. Transparent about the pricing, as well as fast and tidy! Excellent service from Timpsons and Will is a great, friendly locksmith.

The whole service from booking to completion was extremely easy and Timpsons are trustworthy. Will made me feel very comfortable changing our locks and he did a very good, quick job - even suggesting some other areas we may need to think about in the future. Thanks Will, we will definitely be using you again!

Excellent customer service. Will discussed all lock options and provided a quote for the work. He worked quickly and did a fabulous job of changing the lock. Would definitely recommend.
