Fantastic service from this Company. Luke was friendly and obviously very knowledgeable. He repaired my locked balcony door and locking mechanism on my 1st Floor apartment which were no longer working and meant I couldn't open the doors. I also couldn't lock or open them properly in the recent hot weather. The parts needed were discontinued but Luke spent his time working on a solution and all was fixed within the same day for the same quoted price. The doors now work perfectly (even in the recent heatwave where I had problems before) Will definitely use again if needs arise. 5 stars

It was a fantastic experience. Luke handled everything professionally, from cutting the padlock to installing new locks and handles. Friendly attitude, quality workmanship, and excellent service. Will definitely use again.

??????????????? Outstanding Locksmith Service in Birmingham! We recently had our backdoor lock changed and couldn???t be happier with the service we received. From start to finish, everything was handled professionally and efficiently. Our lock was far from straightforward ??? it was a very complicated mechanism that isn???t readily available and definitely not something you can just pick up from a local hardware store. Despite this, the locksmith went completely above and beyond to source the exact lock we needed. He clearly has extensive knowledge and experience, and he didn???t cut corners or suggest a quick fix ??? he made sure the job was done properly. He was incredibly friendly, approachable, and took the time to explain everything to us. On top of that, he was very prompt, arriving exactly when he said he would and completing the work efficiently without rushing. It???s rare to find someone who combines expertise, dedication, and such a positive attitude. If you???re looking for a reliable locksmith in Birmingham who truly cares about doing a thorough job, I would highly recommend his services. Absolutely first-class work! ????

Luke - Birmingham area) was at short notice Absolutely Awesome to make time to change a Bedroom Lock. Went out of his way to contact My Brother Sukh (Who's lock needed replacing), Then went out to buy a better replacement lock. Awesome service, highly recommend. Most Friendly, Genuine Person Ever. Thank you Again. Unfortunately bad poor lock previously, hence some door damage! But Luke sorted it out. Amazing, All the Best to You and your Family ????????????... BTW door lock and door frame only look worse as Luke had to remove previous lock!!! Just needs abit of wood filler, sorted ????????
