Novitas was recommended by our local DIY store. Jason provided a very reasonable estimate for preparation and hanging wallpaper in the hall, staircase and landing in our Edwardian home. From the outset, Jason instilled confidence. He is so knowledgable and generous in sharing his experience. The care and attention to detail whist preparing the walls resulted in a flawless finish. The job was not without its challenges, curved corners uneven surfaces and 120 years of wear and tear were all managed without complaint. Communication was great, we always knew what the timeframes were and when to expect him. Jason is a master craftsman and we feel extremely fortunate to have had him to complete the work. We will definitely be calling on Novitas for our next project. Many thanks again

Jason has been absolutely fantastic, so professional to deal with, and oversees a brilliant result. Barry worked tirelessly in the heatwave and did his very best to give us a perfect finish. Our house looks absolutely beautiful and is a joy to wake up to. I will be using them again for the front of our house and interior.

Jason was able to fit us in at short notice to apply wallpaper on a feature wall. He did a brilliant job in just under a couple of hours. Jason resolved an issue with a crack in the middle of the wall, applied the wallpaper beautifully, and left the living room spotless, as if he'd never been there. We are absolutely delighted with the feature wall, and I'm so pleased to have asked Jason to do the job. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him to anyone looking for a professional, high-quality decorator.

Chaplin???s gave me the contact details for Jason following an order for a London Art wallpaper feature. As it???s a mural, I wanted to ensure that the job was done correctly. Once I had answered some questions on email, Jason quoted for the job which was reasonably priced and he was fully transparent with his availability. He and his team are busy, but for good reason. Jason arrived early, brought all of his materials, wore shoe covers when inside the house and cleared up after himself. More importantly he has done a fantastic job and transformed a plain wall, into a feature wall. Jason is a personable, honest professional who above all else was incredibly respectful of our home. I am very happy with the end result and would not hesitate in recommending his services. Thank you

I contacted Novitas after being let down twice by a local painter and decorator who had delayed work for 3 weeks. I was looking to have the exterior masonry and x2 sash windows repaired and painted on my 2 storey Victorian house in Greenwich. The previous quote I had received was more than double the cost, scoped for x6 days and was suggested that I need scaffolding. Jason started the job 24 hours after my enquiry, didn't require any scaffolding and completed the job within 1.5 days. On my initial call with Novitas, Jason was extremely professional and refreshingly honest, challenging some of my ideas with his logic and experience. Thanks to Jason's guidance we managed to find the right paints and finishes that would give the desired appearance and still retain quality and finish. The house looks absolutely amazing. Jason was super reliable, friendly and polite and I cannot recommend enough. Was also great to be sent an actual digital quote which you can sign and have a concrete scope of work to understand. Thank you again Jason!
