We found Patrick after another roofing company unfortunately made our issues worse, and we???re so glad we did. Patrick and his team were fantastic from start to finish. They quickly identified that our roof was defective and clearly explained all the options available to us. Even when additional problems were uncovered during the work, everything was handled with complete professionalism and transparency. The team were friendly, reliable, and clearly take pride in doing the job properly. We???re really pleased with the final result and will definitely be using Monarch Home Improvements again for future work on our house. Thank you ??????

Very good service. I phoned yesterday and Pat told me he will be coming at 4 pm, then he sent me a message at 3.30 to say he be daleyed by 10 minutes. He arrived at 4.10 pm exactly and had a look at the gutter and told me that he will come following day at 2.30 to fix it. He came today at the exact time and fixed the problem fully. Great service.

Patrick was friendly and did a good job in fixing leaked gutter. He is very knowledgeable. The communication was smooth and worked done on the same day. Patrick reassured me that if there would be any issue following his completed job, he will be phone away. I will be contacting Pat for any future job. Definitely recommended.

Knocked on our door as noticed our guttering had dropped. Fixed quickly and seem very trustworthy and knowledgeable. Will use again.
