Very clear and transparent with the work and cost from the beginning. They have done a very good job, on time, taking evidence of the initial and final look and being considerate with the neighbours. After having a bad experience with another company, this has been very refreshing. Will contact them again if needed. Thanks Michael and Tom

Michael was very quick providing the quote for roof and patio clean and was reasonably priced too. Due to unforeseeable the job took longer but was finished to a great satisfaction and Michael was constantly in touch during the work time!!! Would highly recommend this company

I???m very grateful to Michael and his team for their excellent work. The main issue with my house was a few damaged areas of underfelt, including one particularly large tear where sunlight could actually come through. I had consulted several other roofers beforehand???some recommended replacing the entire roof (which would have been extremely expensive), while others suggested repairs but also tried to upsell additional ventilation work that didn???t seem necessary for my situation. Michael stood out from the start. After the initial inspection, he provided a very reasonable quote focused purely on fixing the actual problem, without pushing any unnecessary services. He clearly explained that installing vents was not essential at this stage, and that a full roof replacement was definitely not needed. Since I had other roof assessments scheduled, I later shared additional photos with Michael. He was very responsive and professional, offering clear advice and ultimately addressing everything on the day of the repair. In today???s world, it???s rare to find someone who prioritises honesty over profit and doesn???t try to upsell unnecessary work. Michael is exactly that kind of professional???reliable, straightforward, and genuinely focused on solving the problem. I???m confident his business will continue to grow, and I wouldn???t hesitate to work with him again or recommend him to others.

I had a couple of cracked tiles and a cracked batten on the other side of the roof. I called Michael for a quote and within 24hrs everything has been fixed. Great communication, fast service and honest/transparent prices. It???s nice to see and use a tradesman who you can trust and rely on. I can???t recommend Pagnell Roofing enough. Thanks again for fixing the roof so quickly!

We had a blocked downpipe and a very dirty roof. Michael and his colleagues done amazing work replacing our downpipe and cleaning off years of moss from our roof. They also took on the job and got everything done in a very quick time. Very happy and highly recommend
