Huge thank you to Ash and the team for a brilliant fencing job. Everything completed as quoted , site left spectacularly clean and all done with a smile. Highly recommend them.

Ash and his guys did a great job transforming our Dormer with a new flat roof, insulation, cladding, windows, guttering - the lot. Looks brilliant and all done at a reasonable price. I???d 100% recommend them to anyone looking for roofer.

Ash at AKA roofing recently fixed a leak around our dorma, that was letting water into the cavity which was then coming into the room below. They did a fantastic job and for what was I felt was a reasonable price for all that was involved. Would highly recommend them.

contacted AKA Roofing and Building after seeing them recommended on Facebook, as I wanted an ornamental dry stone wall cemented to make it safe for visits from my grandchildren. Ash came out promptly to quote and, while he was here, I also asked him to price up replacing our fascias, soffits and cladding. He measured everything carefully and got a clear, detailed quote back to me very quickly. We started with the wall, and Ash and his team did an excellent job. The workmanship was first-class, they were polite and professional throughout, and everything was left clean and tidy at the end of each day. Ash then brought round samples of the cladding, soffits and fascias, talked us through the options, and double-checked all colours and finishes, including guttering, before ordering anything. Although it wasn???t the best time of year for exterior and roofing work, the team arrived early every morning (7.30am without fail), got straight on with the job, and worked efficiently and respectfully. What really stood out was Ash???s professionalism and honesty. Whenever something unexpected came up, he discussed it with us first before doing anything. This included asbestos soffits, which we arranged to have dealt with professionally, additional insulation needed before the cladding was fitted, and some leadwork that required replacing. At no point were we pressured ??? everything was clearly explained and handled properly. Ash clearly knows his trade and his limits, takes pride in his work, and runs a reliable, well-organised team. He???s also friendly, approachable and easy to deal with, which makes a big difference when having work done at your home. We???re extremely pleased with the results and would not hesitate to recommend AKA Roofing and Building. In fact, we???re already considering another project and will definitely be calling Ash again for a quote
