   Premier Roofers are excellent in every way. inclusive of their clear communication and skilled, friendly and polite staff. I was cautious , having had previous experience with another company. I had a leaking roof which created interior water damage in the 2nd week of December 2025. When I contacted them by email they were extremely prompt in responding. In addition, I got a follow up phone call from Jon to arrange an assessment within 3 days. Within two days I was sent a detailed quote and a date for the first week of January. The whole team worked hard to complete the roofing job in 3 days and cleared away the rubbish too. Replacement flat roof, tile repairs, new fascias, gutters and scaffolding at a good price. Bonus, is the 20 year guarantee. Thanks again to all the staff from polite, qualified trade to administration (thanks Stacey); for working so hard in extremely very cold weather to pull it off! I have no hesitation in recommending Premier Roofers to anyone. In fact, have already told my neighbours, who are currently, looking for reliable roofers... 5 star team

   I can highly recommend PRS. From beginning to end in difficult personal circumstances I was treated with care and consideration by every member of the team I met. The quality of work is of a high standard and the work was done with a quiet efficiency. At every stage of work care was taken in looking after the environment and any mess (there was very little) was cleaned to an excellent level. I am so pleased I made PRS my choice.

   Wanted to convert a conservatory to an brick extension, no problem, Jon organised it all including building regs', Lovely group of friendly guys which is always a excellent starting point for me, they dont bother you, but do appreciate it if you let them use your toilet and give them some bottled water if its hot, I just filled a cool bag with bottles and left them to help themselves and they knuckled down, grafters. Work is excellent and they always clean up after themselves, bonus. They go out of their way to make sure the customer is happy. Great value for money compared to another quote we received. I highly recommend them, dont be put off by the emailing in the beginning, Jon will come out and discuss things fully with you. Work is still underway, but this is so far and a photo of before. Nice solid roof and full walls at the sides

   Winter no problem. It was autumn when I began the search for a roofing company to replace my 1950's delapidated, leaky, broken ridge roof, with rotten felt and crumbling chimney. After other companies no shows, unreturned calls and ignored emails I found PRS. Premier Roofing Solutions were on the ball, Tom came and surveyed. No hard sell, he gave lots of options to consider and think over. A realisitc estimate arrived in a few days. I had thought about solar power, having a new roof seemed a good time to add one. Integrated panels, although a little more, resolved the bird and wind issues and saved on tiles! PRS had a busy schedule, but were able to fit us in back end of November 2024. Storm Daargh didnt help, but our roof was always left protected, the freezing cold didn't deter the team and it was pretty much safely completed on time. All paperwork/ inspections / certificates and applications, scalfolding/ skips, all sorted by them. They stripped the roof bare, brand new felt, new tiles, chimney sorted, integrated solar panels fitted, inverter, battery and car charger installed. All mess cleaned and left tidy. The cost? it was reasonable, I reckon my bungalow is now worth more, (probably about the equivalent of what I paid). In addition, I switched my petrol car for an EV, hopefully, I will never have to go to a petrol station again. The solar panels provide electric and the excess charges my car/ feeds into the grid for a small but wecome payment. I can recommend PRS, a small company, but focused with a committed boss (Jon) and a "can do" approach team.

   I had many problems after the repairs worth over ??6150. Starting with the fact that they left dirt in my neighbours driveway during the work, so the neighbours complained and this put me in an embarrassing situation. The repairs were done with red tiles when my roof is black, but with the scaffolding I only realised it later. I had two leaks during the work, two more two months later, in June, and then in October some tiles were missing exactly where they intervened (they admitted it) and I have more leaks. My requests for inspection have always been prompt, polite and kind, but the replies, apart from one from the secretary, have always been slow. For the problem in May I was told that someone would come at a specific time and when no one came I had to call to find out that the appointment had been moved. For the problem in October, two employees came to see the roof after a week from my email without even informing me when they were coming. I was at home by chance. From there, no one came to do the actual repair. They told me that the weather conditions does not make the work safe, but in three and a half months there have been days without rain. In January there were several consecutive days without rain and they were supposed to come, but I got a last-minute call from the secretary to cancel. I spent a large amount of money on repairs that I am not at all happy about, and for a service afterwards that shows no care at all. Also, the final invoice was wrong and I had to highlight that. It was a possible human error, but now, among the other things, it is another additional element of discontent. I know I sound like an outsider, in fact I chose the company because it seemed the best from the reviews, but unfortunately my experience is negative. I am still open to a possible resolution and reconsideration, and I hope it happens. At the moment, however, I can only express disappointment. Update 16 April 2024: after many e-mails, the company had scaffolding erected and on 15 March came to repair the roof. Returning from the Easter holidays, however, I found the leaks corresponding to the chimney where they applied the render worsened. I wrote an e-mail and received no reply. I have been waiting to paint for over two months because I wanted to be sure that the problem was resolved and the infiltration reabsorbed, but it seems to have worsened.
