We had Dean and his team come and replace the old bitumen felt which had deteriorated (came up on a RICS report when purchasing the property) on our tiled roof. The guys moved the vent tiles up to a higher course on each side to allow the roof more air to breath. All waste removed and left tidy. I also asked if the soffits and guttering could be done whilst the scaffolding was up and agreed a price ontop of the roofing job. One small snag on the soffit cut around a window, but this was rectified and replaced within a few days. UPDATE - 18 months later we now have some issues with the flashing around the chipmney that was moved when they did the roof and ridge tiles, and its caused a leak into our upstairs bedroom where the ceiling is water stained. We had another roofing company come round to look at the flashing and said it hasn't been done propertly, and also ask where the bird comb and the eves protector felt tray were? - both of which were not installed at all when the roof felt was replaced. The company who noticed this said it should have been done irresective of just the felt being replaced, just as best practice for any roofer - so not great that this wasnt even mentioned or recommended when we had Heritage roofing complete the work. Looked online and the company is now disolved and setup as MPT Roofing - a bit sus as its the same person on companies house. I previously recommended, but after this missing work has been identified, i probably wouldnt recommend them

Micheal and his team have been fantastic from start to finish completing a two new roofs on my property. Once the works started, it was completed quickly and to a high standard. Couldn???t be happier with the result. Would highly recommend! The work was a clay tile roof strip and replacement for a grade 2 listed building.

We???ve had Heritage Roofing complete two jobs for us over the year. On both occasions, they???ve been excellent. Very professional, efficient and respectful. Michael was also good enough to move things around to fit us in when we needed some urgent work doing. All came with full itemised receipt and guarantees. Highly recommended.

Heritage roofing (Mike) just replaced our flat roof which was in a terrible state, and had several leaks. Work was done very efficiently and professional. The 2 guys that did the actual work were lovely, hard working and completed everything and all cleaned up in 2 days. Mike visited several times during the work to make sure the work was being done correctly. Totally satisfied and a very good price also, I have no hesitation recommending this company to anyone needing roofing work done

We had a leaking roof after some heavy downpours, with water damage on our bedroom ceiling. One week later we had a new high quality roof, at a reasonable price, installed by Michael and his team. Very impressed with Michael's responsiveness, honesty, competitive price and regular progress reports (we were away when they installed the new roof). Would highly recommend.
