Avenue Roofing are a local family firm. They recently did some repair work on a fibreglass roof for me. They gave me a proper written quote which they followed up with a detailed explanation of the work to be done. They arrived when they said they would, did what they said they would and were courteous and helpful. The work was of a high standard and very neat and tidy. I am very pleased with the outcome and would highly recommend this company.

Amazing from start to finish We had an absolute 100% stress free experience with this lovely company/family I met them while working in the area & chatted with the Gent who was having his roof replaced He highly recommended them I had quotes & companies that just didn???t communicate so working with Avenue was wonderful Right from quoting the communication, timeline of starting etc was all spot on & actually got started a little earlier which was perfect for us Very organised with skips, scaffold, deliveries, Brickie (we had a new chimney) & all workers were clean, tidy & very respectful of us & our property We were quoted for materials which were all listed (not all companies list) & they were very honest in their quoting & the fact that our chimney might be a repair or replacement (we already knew it would more than likely be replacement as it had been leaking terribly) they also said it was very difficult to fully guarantee a repair on chimney, again very honest It was a pleasure to have them & I had literally had knee replacement the day before but they were no trouble at all They discussed everything, no rushing around & very thorough in their work The finished result is perfect The attention to detail & care that went into our home was second to none Huge thanks to you all Would 100% recommend Avenue with no hesitation

Avoid using this company. I have had a leak around the chimney, water getting into the loft, they came and replaced the lead around the chimney however in a month time from doing it, I still had a small leak. They said it???s fine but how it could be done properly if I still had leaking water. Now the leak is even worse then before they have changed the lead flashing, which they won???t do anything about it So I???ve lost ??630 paying initially for the work which was a sham and now have to repair it again Of course they would be more interested of doing the whole roof but what for if the problem is with the lead flashing around the chimney

After collecting 3 quotes, Avenue were amongst the most competitive and were by far the most reliable with regards to getting back to me when they said they would get back to me. This company has an excellent reputation in Lincolnshire and their workmanship was excellent and they cleaned and cleared everything up after them. They even organised an extension on the scaffolding erection to help me out. The council???s building inspector who came to complete the building notice on the work (full roof replacement of a 100 year old property, repairs to a dangerous chimney, new soffits and fascias and downpipes) said what a professional and reliable company they are, and he is a completely independent party. One of their team has also won awards for his lead work. I would not hesitate to recommend this company.

Great job and very efficient. Thank you.
