We were very happy with the work carried out. Heath explained everything involved prior to starting the job and it all looks to be completed to a high standard. Reliable, worked quietly and considerately and cleared everything away afterwards.

Gave quality advice and prompt delivery of a very reasonable quote. Turned up when said and cracked on with the job. Discussed various options but listened to my view of what I regarded as the problem. His experience and quality work ensured the repairs were completed to the highest standards. Will use them again and would recommend without hesitation.

Heath replaced our Dormer flat roof last week. Also redid an adjacent ridge and perished felt, removing and replacing tiles, and chimney Cowels. We were impressed with the consultation process and presentation of options, and Heath's openness about the 'knowables' and 'unknowables' of the project at the outset. Satisfied with his well justified pricing, we went ahead with a clear plan for an EPDM replacement of the dodgy old fibreglass which was pooling (and had leaked in recent times, prior to house purchase). Removal of the roof immediately showed it had been built over an earlier felt roof and there was also water in between(!). Again the adjustment to cost was reasonable and well justified. It took Heath and his team less than two days to strip our both old roofs, replace a damaged joist, as well as the perished felting discovered into the adjoining main roof, and to reconstruct with appropriate insulation added (where there was none before!). In this hot weather we immediately notice the Dormer is not longer an oven, but a usable room. We have peace of mind to decorate and make use if it without fear of another leak. Solar panels are going back on tomorrow (separate service) before the scaffold comes back down. Fair priced and professional service. I would recommend Heath / Skyward (clarified during initial consultation operating as sole trader, no longer 'Skyward Ltd').

I can't recommend them enough. We were unlucky to have paid someone else to do our roof 3 years ago and ever since it leaked. After having them out several times with no improvement, they then ghosted us. I've been let down with other roofers saying they'd come and then never turning up until I found Skyward. They came out when they said they would and did a thorough inspection with photos, gave us a quote which we agreed on and then booked a date. They have been this week and done a fabulous job. Taken photos which they have shared with us every step of the way. Very friendly, punctual and professional.

Heath replaced an old uninsulated felt roof with a lovely new insulated EPDM rubber roof for me. He did a brilliant job and was extremely easy to work with throughout. I can???t recommend him highly enough.
