I recently had two roof tiles slip down next to my Velux windows, leaving the felt exposed to the elements. James and his team at J Atkinson Roofing came out promptly, arrived exactly when they said they would, and got straight to work. They were friendly, professional, and happy to explain what needed doing. There was no messing about, the job was completed efficiently and to a high standard. The price was also very fair for the work carried out, which was greatly appreciated. It???s refreshing to find a reliable roofing company that turns up on time, communicates well, and does exactly what they promise. I wouldn???t hesitate to use J Atkinson Roofing again and would happily recommend James and his team to anyone needing roofing work done.

Would recommend this company, James goes above and beyond for his customers. He found problems with the roof on the house we were buying that surveyors missed. Communicated with me before completion and arranged a date to do the work shortly after completing. Work was carried out professionally, and quickly. We had a query a few months after work done, within 2 weeks the query was sorted, totally trust this company with the work and follow up customer service. Thankyou James Atkinson roofers, we know we are ok for the next 10 years with your guarantee.

First class job at a first class price. James was thorough and detailed in his quote and on the agreed day, he and his team turned up and just cracked on to replace our house roof. We couldn't believe the speed and pace they worked at, but every step of the way ensuring everything was done correctly and thoroughly for an all round professional job. James was recommended to us by our brother in law after he did a job at their house and we are so glad he did, as we are really happy with the work and the price. Therefore we would highly recommend this company too.
