We had a very bad experience with East Coast Roofing. They did a very poor job replacing our guttering - (we cannot fully open our door to our garden or our bathroom window as they are now blocked by guttering). It took them over a month to order materials. They went over budget, and never removed the rubbish as they had promised. Their team lead was often angry and pressured us for more money. Lessons to be learned....

Had problem with wet verge on roof contacted Paul of ESR who immediately put repair plan in action and the next day George and Dave (roofers) made repair. Excellent job all round and would not hesitate in highly recommending.

We were a victim of storm Eunice - February 2022 and lost a tile on a high roof. Phoned East Suffolk Roofing who sent George the next day. Cheerful George turned up on time and immediately got to work, up on his ladders and secured the tile and re positioned a few more. Star man. Highly recommended. Thanks guys!

Fantastic experience with East Suffolk Roofing. Paul and George communicated frequently and clearly throughout the process, sending photos through of the work as it was in progress and finished. I am not a roof expert but the work looks very neat and high quality. They made this a pleasant experience and I will gladly use again in future.

Carried out several repairs on my property This week. second time they have carried out work for me. As luck would have had heavy rain Today. No leaks. Very happy with work and price. Would recommend Over and over again. TL Saxmundhsm
