We couldn't be happier with our new roof and would highly recommend this company. From start to finish, the service was outstanding. A huge thank you to James for his professionalism, excellent communication, and for making the whole process stress-free. A special thank you also goes to all of the hardworking team who replaced our roof in extremely hot weather. They were punctual, skilled, polite, and took great pride in their work. It was clear they were committed to doing an excellent job, and the finished result is fantastic. We are very happy. We'd also like to thank the scaffolding team who put the scaffolding up and took it down efficiently and also when it was very hot. They were friendly, respectful, and worked quickly. Everyone involved was courteous, reliable, and a credit to the company. It's rare to find such a dedicated team these days, and we truly appreciate all of their hard work. Thank you again, James and the entire team. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend you to anyone looking for a quality roofing company.

I would highly recommend JLR Roofing to anyone with an older or listed property looking for experienced and trustworthy advice. JLR Roofing recently inspected the roof of my 16th century Grade II listed cottage. Finding a roofer with genuine understanding of historic properties can be difficult, but James was incredibly knowledgeable, reassuring and honest throughout. He clearly understood the construction and behaviour of period roofs and took the time to talk me through his findings. Following his visit, James also provided me with a written report of his findings which was extremely helpful. Thanks again!

We chose James at JLR Roofing to replace our clay tile roof and it was the right decision. We obtained several quotes from firms in Ipswich and Woodbridge. What guided our choice was competence, clear communication, proper management, not just best price. James never pressured or steered our decisions to suit himself; he guided us honestly and patiently. The roof, guttering and downpipes were replaced to a high standard, coordinating smoothly with the other trades so the project ran without stress. Site visits were always met. The team were respectful, careful and professional throughout and cleanup was done. Pricing was transparent. No hidden extras. Choosing JLR was about quality and peace of mind ??? and it was worth every penny. The market is saturated but we were only comfortable with JLR in our home.

I've built 4houses now and renovated some others and James is the best roofer I've used to date. He is considerate and wants the best job, he made extra visits to the house to make sure the chippies were doing the small details around the soffits correctly so when his turn came to put the roof on (hand made clay peg tiles with tiled valleys and 4xdormers) everything was done exactly as it should be. Would highly recommend if you are in or around Ipswich and need a top roofer.
