Kevin has been outstanding. We wanted to add in a roof vent for a portable air conditioner and Kevin helped check our idea was going to work. He managed to squeeze us in on a Saturday morning despite being peak summer holiday, arranged a cherry picker for our townhouse and was friendly, efficient and tidy. We'd absolutely use him again for other roofing work.

Kevin and his team did a fantastic job replacing our roof. Throughout the process they were efficient, hard-working, professional and a pleasure to be around. I was happy with their prices, the quality of their work was faultless and I would recommend them without hesitation.

Great service. We had a line of tiles that need replacing. They managed to get someone round to do the work within a week even with the bad weather. When they arrived the work was carried out very quickly and professionally, they had all the right tiles already just from the pictures I sent them. Will definitely be using them again if we need more work done.

When we moved into our new home, we made contact with Kevin about a roofing issue that had come up in our homebuyer's survey. The whole verge (up and over) needed replacing, including new felt, a new batten and new undercloak. New cement laid and tiles reinstated and replaced where necessary. Kevin had actually repaired several of the properties in our road previously and sent some photos of the works so we had an idea of what to expect. The quote included for the scaffolding and skip too. Very reasonably priced.

Outstanding! Kev was recommended to us by a friend in the building trade who knew of his good work. It is so difficult to find a good tradesman so we were glad for the recommendation. We had a flat roof that needed replacing. Due to the new building regulations all the insulation had to conform to the present insulation and fire safety regulations. Kev gave us a thorough estimate including all materials that were to be used so that the council building inspector could approve them before the job commenced. He also carried out an approved asbestos check on our existing old insulation which was negative luckily, something I would never of thought of doing but Kev explained the age of our insulation required this. The job itself was carried out without incident (in challenging weather conditions as well) and Kev liaised with the council planning inspection team before, during and upon completion. All waste was taken away and the area was kept clean and tidy. Highly recommend Kev and his team , they did a great job.
