Zak and his team came highly recommended, and they certainly lived up to the praise. From start to finish, they were professional, reliable, friendly, and easy to deal with. The quality of their work was excellent, and everything was completed to a very high standard. I wouldn???t hesitate to recommend them.

Zak and his team have completed a full roof replacement for us. From start to finish Zak was a breath of fresh air. He was polite, understanding of our budget and highly professional. This was a large job, and Zaks communication was outstanding start to finish. Customer service was excellent and the team were fantastic. They dealt with the rain, wind and a heatwave and the job was done to an impeccable standard. Zak made the whole process stress free! Thank you so much to Zak and his team, we would recommend to anyone!

I cannot rate this company high enough. Zak and his team did an amazing job on my grandsons roof. We had a few estimates and Zaks was by far the best. The guys went above and beyond to make sure everything we asked for was done. Like putting in bird proofing as we had had a nest previously. They even tidied and added a bit of roof insulation when the old roof was off . Thank you so much zak

Id had to other roofing companies around, but upon meeting Zak, I was confident I'd found the right company for the job. Professionalism, knowledge, and very reasonably priced. The jobs I needed doing were complete lead flashing replacement on main roof, new flat felt roof with skylight to be added, new bay window roof, and a new velux window. Everything was carried out, quickly, professionally, and with as little fuss as possible. If a hiccup was discovered (as is always the case...it happens), It was addressed and dealt with quickly. Had a little incident where something I wasn't quite happy with was resolved, until it was perfect, no fuss, no quibbling. All rubbish cleared and everything left tidy. Zak clearly cares about his company, and his reputation, and rightly so, it's a great team. Will definitely be using again, and would certainly not hesitate in recommending Ace Roofing Services to anyone. Many thanks Zak!!

We had high expectations of this company because of the high number of 5 star reviews they had on Google. Maybe we were unlucky or maybe not all the reviews are genuine. We had a very disappointing experience from start to finish. First of all, not all of the repair quoted for was completed, so we have to now find someone to do the outstanding items. We did have a discount, but still have the hassle of finding another company to complete what was essential urgent work, which will cost more than the discount given. We had to have the top layers of the chimney taken down and rebuilt, but the first attempt was done by a house bricklayer, not one who knows about Corbelling/roof bricklaying, or even the correct orientation of the bricks. The chimney looked awful. One positive is that at least Ace did attempt to redo this part of the job, but in the process several original bricks, which were special, were damaged and the closest match replacements had to be sourced . A different bricklayer was used, who was better, but still the Corbelling was not great and on right hand side looking from the front, there is hardly any stepping at all. We were promised a drone footage of the work, before payment, but in the end we.were forced to pay before seeing this. Then after payment we did receive a video showing all of the work, but could see that the chimney Corbelling was not as good as it should have been. We are still waiting for the full video. The company upset our neighbours by putting a foot of the scaffolding on their door step, and someone in our house had their van dented from a piece of mortar falling down when the works were taking place. There was no netting to catch falling debris. We had very bad rain all day last weekend and because the full quoted job was not bring completed this caused issues. The work that was completed does so far seem to be at least water tight, so we have given 2 stars for that. We certainly cannot recommend this roofing company after such a bad experience, especially for chimney rebuilding. The photos show the first attempt of the chimney rebuild, and two showing the second attempt. Can you see the step on the right hand side? The owner maintains there is one, but we cannot see it. It's as straight as the edge of a ruler, unlike on the left hand side which has a definite step. Guarantee now received since the review was first posted. Thank you.
