Just had my old ridge tiles replaced with dry ridge tiles. Really happy with the work carried out. From start to finish, communication was excellent and they kept me informed throughout. The team were friendly, polite, professional, and worked hard to get the job done to a high standard. My new dry ridge system looks great, and the price was very reasonable too. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable roofing company.

Mac and his team were amazing from first contact to the job being done. We can???t believe how quick the process was and the customer service was fantastic. Mac was always there to answer any questions with his extensive knowledge and whilst the work was being carried out we were updated throughout. Thank you again for making the roof repairs such an easy process for us and for doing quality work. We???ll be recommending LRR to everyone!

Just fantastic start to finish. Mac was instantly communicative and cordial, arriving promptly and telling me what needed doing, and as importantly, what didn't need doing. We surveyed the roof together and even at this stage he couldn't help but fix a few things on the spot whilst assessing. I'll add he did all this whilst sporting a recently collapsed lung and split spleen. God knows what he'd have done had his spleen been whole - imagine I'd have had a whole new storey. He got a back to me with an exteremly fair quote on the same day, and a week or so later the team were over fixing the roof. Fantastic chaps - tidy, polite, and interesting - I hope to not see them again for a while (because they did such good work, you see).

Mac and his team did an outstanding job fixing my roof. From the very beginning, Mac communicated with me at every stage and was completely open and honest about the problems that needed fixing. He gave me options across different price brackets and never pressured me, instead giving me the time and space to decide what was best for me. He was always happy to answer any questions I had over the phone and explain anything I didn???t understand. He also regularly sent photos of the work and often answered questions before I even had to ask them, which really gave me confidence throughout the process. Mac is a friendly and professional guy, and the quality of their work is excellent. The team worked quickly, efficiently and got everything completed to a very high standard. I wouldn???t hesitate to recommend them.
