Colin and his team carried out a full re-roof of my terraced house, together with loft insulation and new guttering. Right from my initial enquiry, through to quotation, arrangements and completion of the work within four days, the process was smooth and trouble-free. CanDo are a professional outfit who are a credit to the roofing industry.

Absolutely amazing Colin and his lads today braved the freezing weather, to fix my roof valley, went over and above to fix my leak I kept them warm with ample tea and coffee, thank you so much for all your hard work today in - 6 degrees you are stars anyone wanting a good job done contact cando roofing brilliant company

We contacted Colin for help with a long-standing leak on a low-pitch roof and to get advice on bringing more natural light into our kitchen. He was incredibly helpful and honest. Despite us being ready to go ahead with sun tunnel installations, he advised against it, explaining that we likely wouldn???t be satisfied with the light levels they???d provide. He also checked the roof pitch, confirmed that the correct tiles had been used, and advised that they could be reused. Colin???s team started the job the following week and were on-site for several days. The finished result looks great, and the site was left clean and tidy once the work was complete. While we???ve yet to experience a heavy downpour, we???re confident that we???ll stay dry when it does come. We have no hesitation in recommending Colin and his team.

I was very pleased with the work Cando roofing carried out, replacing my shed/workshop old bitumen roof with a new Rubber roof. The team were professional, knowledgeable and completed the job to a high standard, and all the mess was cleaned up on completion. I would certainly recommend Cando roofing.

After our flat roof developing a leak, we contacted Colin at Cando to provide an estimate to provide a warm roof. Colin arrived on the day, and not only took the first layer of old roof covering, but took off another 2 previous layers before getting to the concrete base. In his detailed quote, and we were very happy with the price, he did exactly what was required to install a warm roof, bitumen primer, vapour barrier, installation & built a boxed section over a parapet, rubber, new facias & guttering. At the end of each day, he left the area worked clean & tidy. We are delighted with the end result, it is comforting to know we have no leaks and it even feels warmer. Also he provides a warranty for both material and workmanship. In summary, Colin is conscientious, hard-working, knowledgeable, polite, trust-worthy, offers solutions, reliable and it has been a pleasure to do business with him. Thanks Colin & Harvey
