Bill and his team have been fantastic from start to finish in helping us repair the ridge tiles on our three-storey terraced home, after they unexpectedly collapsed due to an original construction defect. The defect also affected neighbouring properties, and Bill was incredibly helpful in coordinating multiple repairs at the same time. Bill used a drone to carry out the inspection, provided a prompt and clear quote, arranged scaffolding, and ensured the replacement ridges were securely and safely fixed, correcting the underlying issue. All work was completed on schedule, and communication throughout was excellent. I would thoroughly recommend Williams & Henry for their professionalism and support in resolving our properties defect.

From start to finish it was a pleasure to deal with the company. The on site team (Michael & Steve) worked hard all day, completing the work in one long day despite the weather. Very happy with the standard of the work (replace soffits and fascias etc) & the site cleared on completion. Recommended.
