I have recently had a full re-roof, removal of chimney and complete loft insulation on my bungalow, by James, and would highly recommend his work. From the start of quoting, he put me at my ease, was very professional and took time to explain all the options. He brought sample tiles, and kept me informed of start dates. He worked efficiently, and to a very high standard, using high quality materials. He cleared up at the end of each day and waste was collected immediately. The job looks amazing, and was finished with no extra hidden costs. I have no hesitation in recommending James for any roof work, he is trustworthy and friendly, a pleasure to have around.

I???d highly recommend James Ayres Roofing. James recently replaced the roof on our house and did an outstanding job. He???s a true craftsman, and the finished result looks even better than we expected. His attention to detail is exceptional, the quote was fair, and everything was done to a really high standard. We???re so pleased we chose James ??? he???s absolutely worth the wait.

We recently had a problem with part of or roof where the extension meets the existing house and had a couple of incidents of rain coming in. James came out, told us the problem and the cost to fix it. He arrived on time, he???s friendly and professional. Most of all he???s done an excellent job for us. The problem has been fixed and he???s done such an amazing job of the lead flashing that our friends couldn???t believe it was new. The repair has been ???tested??? with a few recent heavy downpours and all is good. We can???t recommend James highly enough and would definitely use him again.

James has just completed a roof repair and installed new fascias on our garage. The standard of work is excellent. James is reliable and knowledgeable and takes the time to keep you fully updated while carrying out the work, providing photos of the problem and the completed project. I have no hesitation in recommending him for any roofing requirements.
