Best upgrade to the house we've done since moving in! As M&S would say- This isn't just roofing, this is Karl's roofing. It needed some serious TLC and the quality, speed and communication was second to none. The new roof looks a million dollars, doesn't bow anymore and our house is water tight. It'll outlive us in age and looks! Needless to say we are VERY happy and proud of the work the guys have done. We'll be recommending Karl, as far and wide as we can and look forward to our next project, once we stock back up on tea.

We would not hesitate to recommend Karl & his team. We first met them when we had some velux windows fitted at our last house. Than approximately 10 years ago they worked on a large extension on our new house. When we decided about 2 years ago that the slate roof on the old part of the house which was over 100 years old really had to be replaced we did not hesitate but to contact Karl again. He & his teams were so easy to have around with minimal disruption, keeping us well informed & always leaving things tidy. They stayed with us until the job was completed & at the end the house looked fabulous & at a very competitive price. I have recommended them to friends who have also always been pleased with their work.

K I Roofing recently installed two new roofs at my property, one on a brick workshop and one on a large double hipped garden room. The whole process was painless from start to finish. Karl called round to survey the work and helpfully suggested some alternatives that I had not considered. He very promptly provided me with a quote to complete the work. The quote was very competitive and included everything ??? no hidden extras. The team took care of all the ordering and deliveries and the erecting of scaffolding. I was consulted and kept informed throughout the process. Karl and his team turned up when they said they would and were there every day until the work was completed. The whole team were respectful of my property and of my neighbors. I found them to be friendly, straight forward, courteous and professional to deal with. My Wife and I are very pleased. Both roofs look amazing. These guys really know what they are doing. I would have no hesitation in recommending them if you are looking for experienced professionals who have the experience to do an excellent job , do it right first time and at a very competitive price. thank you Karl and all at K I Roofing for a great job. Highly recommended !

I first met Karl in the late 90s on a building project we were both involved in. Our friendship and respect for each other has grown throughout the years As a general builder you need a good team of tradesman around you to compliment your work. Karl ticks that box 100%!! Having someone who understands what is required and will always go above and beyond to make the job perfect. Trust is a big factor in our work and knowing Karl and his guys can be left to not only carry out the work required to a very high standard and leave the place spotless they also have a great customer relationship and will keep them updated on works as they proceed. A genuine old school tradesman with old school morals something that I fortunately is being forgotten. May we continue to work along side for many years to come Couple of pics of Karl???s work that he???s carried out for me
