Dale and his team, Joe, Brandon, Sam, Elliot and Nick turned our disaster into a fabulous success. Spray foam insulation installed by the previous owner, along with some cowboy roof repairs, had literally destroyed the roof timbers. The ridge had rotted being non existent in places, foam had pushed through the membrane overlaps and rafters had perished and were distorted due to the excessive weight they now had to carry. Dale came to assess the damage and to provide a realistic quote for repair. Work began and as suspected the damage being exposed was severe. I was kept informed with drone images of the roof, photographs and description of what was being unearthed. Dale was completely honest at every stage of the project carefully providing options for me to consider. The final appraisal was that the roof would require extensive rebuilding with new tiles, membrane and valleys. The photographs I have attached will show the exposed damage and the professional work DH Roofing performed in rebuilding our roof. Dale???s quote was spot on being thousands of pounds cheaper than other quotes I had received. We live in a tiny village with every resident well aware what was happening to our cottage. They have all seen the complete change from an eyesore broken roof to a fabulous beautiful new one. My wife and I could not be happier with the end result. As for the lads, every one was polite, friendly, hard working and completely professional. My wife called them ???her boys??? and we now feel a sense of lost now they have gone. Thank you Dale and team, choosing you was the best decision we could have made.

Had a long search to try to find a roofing contractor who could complete an extremely difficult thatch to tile conversion. Finally settled on trusting Dale and DH Roofing. The work was undertaken very professionally and I was very pleased with the end result ????

We feel so fortunate to have had DH Roofing recommended to us! Our experience with them has been brilliant and I wouldn???t hesitate to recommend them to my family and friends. This past winter brought a rapid succession of named storms with so few breaks in the rain that our small leak quickly escalated into a huge emergency. When we had water suddenly cascading in through several parts of the ceiling, Dale acted quickly to stop the damage worsening which bought us valuable time to organise the quote and schedule repair. Our job was extensive, complex and on a listed building, so it required a really high level of expertise and skill to execute properly. After investigating the cause of our leak, Dale took the time to explain every aspect of the repair thoroughly which meant we had complete confidence in the strategy he came up with. We were kept updated throughout the whole process, and the quality of the work was all photographed or filmed and sent to us at each stage so we could see the progress and craftsmanship. Dale???s attention to detail was such that he noticed when a supplier made a tiny 10mm error on the length of a huge lead component and rather than just using it anyway, he insisted it was returned and a whole new one cut to ensure it would be a perfect fit. That really impressed me because it showed how meticulously he was checking everything. On a personal level I found Dale so nice and easy to get along with. He???s friendly, helpful, trustworthy and happily accommodated all our needs. All of his staff were friendly and professional. Feeling completely at ease with them was so reassuring and important to me because I was often home alone. It was such a massive relief to have Dale and the team fixing our roof. His experience was obvious and his advice and recommendations proved time and again to be absolutely spot on. Our faith in him was well placed, we were so happy with the quality of the finished job. Our new gulley is a work of art and I couldn???t be more grateful to him!

Cannot praise Dale and his team Jason and Tom enough they were amazing!! I could tell from my first conversation with Dale he knows his stuff and nothing was to much of an issue, any question he answered almost straight away and completely put our minds at ease. The price was competitive, he got to us within 2 weeks which when our roof was badly leaking and causing damage was a god send! the team were extremely polite, friendly and extremely tidy since it???s a big messy job. They let us know what was happening, they were on time and put full long days in. Their workmanship and cement work is the tidiest I have ever seen!! We could trust them to come in and out of the house and just crack on without any concerns at all. Even when they cleared up after they have left it spotless!! You can tell Dale expects high standards and that is clearly reflected through his team! I really can???t praise Dale and his team enough!! ????

Dale was prompt to a site visit when called, turned up when he said he would and extremely knowledgeable with answering client questions. He explained in simple terms to make it understandable. The quote came through at a very reasonable rate and after thought I went ahead and booked in the work. He started when he said he would, and got the work done in good time for a winter re-roof. The guys he has working for him are top notch and we're always more than happy to explain what they're doing. I would highly recommend DH Roofing to anybody. Very professional, no question is too much for him and will go above and beyond to help.
