The time had come for our 3 wooden framed Velux windows to be replaced and we decided to employ Norfolk Skylights because they were a certified Velux window installer and close to our home. We have not been disappointed with our decision. In spite of product delivery issues from Velux and the weather, Andy and his team worked around the issues professionally and kept us informed regularly. The job was completed without the need for any redecoration. The uPVC surrounds have made a surprising difference to the ambient light thrown in to the rooms. We are very pleased with the job. Highly recommended.

We had an excellent experience with this company. The work was carried out promptly and efficiently and the work area was left clean and tidy. Andy is pleasant and polite to deal with and very helpful.

Norfolk Skylights Ltd were excellent in the work they did for me - replacing a defective sloping roof and leaking Velux windows. I contacted them because they are recommended on the Velux website. They carried out a thorough inspection and explained why the leaking was happening and what would be necessary to remedy the problem. They have a considerable level of experience and expertise and I strongly recommend them.

Had AHL Roofing & Property Maintenance do work on my property, the main job was to put pigeon spikes on the roof to stop them fouling my roof and patio, whilst doing this AHL noted that my ridge tiles were broken so also replaced them, and then sanded and painted the wooden panels on the sides of the house. Andy did excellent work, and was very friendly and thorough. He always tidied up each day and left my property looking great before leaving. Am very happy with his work and the end result and quoted a competitive rate. Thoroughly recommend. Thanks

Andy carried out extensive roofing renovation to our two furnished holiday lets in Wroxham, including a full roof clean, fitting bird spikes to all ridges, repointing and re-seating ridge capping, chimney flashing, cowls, repainting dormers, upvc covers for barge boards etc. Even powerwashed the decking for us afterwards. Everything now looks great for our guests! A very professional job and I have no hesitation in highly recommending both Andy and AHL. Nigel www.wroxhamcottages.co.uk
