Jamie and his team completed a restoration and rebuild of our roof which entailed the removal of tiles , laying felt ,installation of a roof window and replacing of gutter and facias . He gave a full quote beforehand that broke down all the costs clearly so we understood what was needed and what the job entailed. From start to finish they worked with complete professionalism .They were conscientious, hard working, polite and friendly . All work was completed to a very high standard . Jamie took time to explain and show me the work as it was being done and took an obvious pride in his work. I would recommend Jamie and his team for any work undertaken. Thank you .

Terrible experience with this roofer, had the roof done and started having problems just after 1st year. After 3 years niw have water in.His warranty was a joke he never intended put the work right and he asked for money in advance

Jamie and his team completed repair work on our roof valley today. They were professional and helpful and kept in touch with updates when we were sorting the date for the work. They tidied up too and did not cause much disruption. Most importantly they did what they said they would do. We had trouble with other companies not turning up when they said they would, but Jamie's company thankfully did the work that was needed.

Jamie really knows his stuff! He talked through what needed doing to sort out our issue (and most importantly, what didn't!) and provided the quote quickly. When we booked him in, he arranged everything (including the scaffolding) and the work was done when he said it would and within the timescales he estimated. He takes pride in his work, and sorted out some issues which arose during the work within the quoted price. I highly recommend Jamie and wouldn't use anyone else for roofing work in Norwich.

After being scammed by a roofer, I had to get my roof repaired which JH roofing solutions carried out. Jamie is an honest and hard working roofer who was reliable and trustworthy. He had great communication every step of the way and I would not hesitate to recommend his company.
