Shortly after moving into our new home, we were trying to get to the bottom of some damp and mould in one of the bedrooms. While carrying out the original chimney maintenance, Jedd discovered that the real cause wasn't simply condensation as we'd initially suspected, but a previous repair to the roof valley that had been completed incorrectly, allowing water to pool and penetrate the roof. He took the time to show us exactly what he'd found, explained why it was happening, and provided photos so we could fully understand the issue. There was never any pressure to proceed, in fact, Jedd encouraged us to get other quotes before making a decision, which gave us a lot of confidence in both his diagnosis and his integrity. We chose Rise Roofing to carry out the repair, and we're really pleased we did. The work was completed in a day, the site was left clean and tidy, and it's reassuring to know the repair is backed by a 10-year workmanship guarantee. Jedd has been honest, knowledgeable and easy to deal with from start to finish. We'd happily recommend Rise Roofing to anyone looking for a roofer they can genuinely trust.

Jedd was excellent - came out, had a look at the roof, and got it sorted straight away. Would absolutely use rise roofing again!

Jedd and his team did a superb job re-roofing our 1980's house. He has a professional yet accommodating approach and goes the extra mile to do the job right. He handles any difficulties in a really straightforward way and is great to deal with. We made a really good choice when we asked him to do our work and I wouldn't hesitate to ask him back.

Highly recommend Jedd and his team, they did a great job, great communication and were very conscientious. Jedd kept in contact frequently and updated me each day. Great work!

Reliable and totally professional. Couldn't fault him and the team. Cleaned up afterwards too! Costing clearly explained which creates trust. Hard working and very friendly and approciable. Have no hesitation in recommending to anyone.
